They had a little party and award ceremony to celebrate a awesome season on the last practice! His coach was so sweet to say a little something about each boy as he game them a trophy and cracker jacks.  The boys were so excited!!

Graduation Dinner

 We were able to attend Orrin's Graduation Dinner this weekend. It a party that the students put on to celebrate graduation. My sister also came into town that day so she could babysit and help us in our move. It was such a nice night to get all dressed up and be able to celebrate Orrin and all his hard work for the last 4 years.

I came to find out it was also a time to make fun of all their teachers and the staff that work at the school. There were a lot of jokes I didn't get. :)

The party was at Mcmenamins Edgefield which has a winery, hotel, golf course, and pretty gardens.  I'm standing in front of the grapes I assume they make into wine. Some students played in a golf tournament before the dinner. But in portland style it was in the rain and they were pretty drenched. 

 They also had a slide show of classmates and their baby pictures. I found these of Orrin and sent them in to be part of the side show. He was so cute!!

Griffith Park Primary

So yesterday I was released from the Primary Presidency in our ward. I have loved being in there and its so hard to leave.  The kids in our ward are so amazing! I feel like I have learned so much from them and enjoyed getting to know them all. I'm going to miss them all.

FISHING!!!!!

My boys love love love fishing. They talk about past trips all the time and are always begging us to go again. As Orrin and I were talking about the things we wanted to do again before we have to leave, Wesley chimed in with FISHING!!!! So Orrin took friday afternoon off and we went to our favorite fishing hole Hornings Hideout. 

Last trip to Portland Zoo

So we have had a Portland Zoo Season Pass for the last 3 years now and we wanted to get in one last trip in before it expired at the end of May.  We are going to miss the:

 Sea Loins

The Monkeys  and the Monkey swings

My personal favorite the Elephants

Lions

The Hippos 

The Train Rides                      &                      the Giraffes 

And The Bears

We have had lots of fun times at the zoo rain or shine. Mostly rain. :)

Kyson Turned 1

 For Kyson's First Birthday we had a fun filled day. We started with swimming at the rec center. The boys love that.

 

We then went to dinner at  one our favorite places to eat, Noodles & Company .

 We love there mac and cheese!!! YUMMY

 Then to the park for some batting practice. Its had to get any in because Ky always wants and cries for the bat when the other boys are using it.

Brad is becoming a pretty good pitcher. ;)

Then presents and cake.

 First time eating cake and a sucker. He loved the sucker!

I'm surprised how fast Ky has grown up. I guess its because he likes to keep up with his brothers. He loves to be outside and runs to the door anytime its open and cries when we hurry to shut it. He is very independent and likes to do things by himself. He will not let us hold his hands while he walks because he wants to do it all by himself, even while he was learning he would push our hands away. He loves throwing the ball around and then chasing it. He is already saying a few words with his favorite Ba, Ba for bottle.  He has a really good sense of humor and loves to laugh at everything. When every we laugh at something he chines right in. He is so cute and brings us so much joy. We love having him as part of our family.
