Tulip Festival

It was such a beautiful day to be outside so we decided to go to the Tulip Festival and pretty much half of Portland decided to come too. It took us a long time to get there because we were waiting in lots of traffic but once we did it was an amazing day. It even was a little warm. It might have hit 70 degrees!

Here are Wes and Brad pretending to be tulips.

The boys love to go just to play in the mud and on the fun play sets they have there. There wasn't much mud that day but Wesley was able to find some.
Lucky I brought him an extra pair of pants and Orrin was
able to find Brad's hoodie in the car for him to wear as a shirt. He was really embarrassed and covered his face on the walk back to the car to change. He got lots of looks and snickers from the older people walking by. I had to remind him that they just thought he looked cute in all that mud.

Ky wouldn't ever look at the camera because when ever I put him down he just wanted to crawl away and explore. I think I'm in for it when he is walking.

Its at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn so they have all sizes of wooden shoes around for you to try on. They also had a booth with these cute older men inside carving new ones for you to buy.

Kyson's 1st Steps

Wow! Not sure if I am ready for this.
